What is ZenPaw Nature's core concept?
Human‑pet symbiosis. We design furniture that works for both of you — safe and comfortable for your pet, beautiful and seamless in your home.
What materials do you use?
100% FSC‑certified solid beech. No plywood, no MDF, no veneer. Finished with natural tung oil — pet‑safe and non‑toxic.
Is your furniture really glue‑free and nail‑free?
Yes. Every joint is cut and fitted by hand using traditional Chinese mortise and tenon joinery. No glue, no screws, no metal — just solid wood that holds together by precision.
How long does it take to make and ship a non‑custom piece?
Because each piece is handcrafted (not mass‑produced), we need about 2 weeks to build it. Shipping to most US and EU countries takes 15‑25 working days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves our workshop.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. You can customize size, style, and details. Click “Get Custom Symbiosis Design” to submit your request. Custom design takes 3‑5 working days, then 10‑15 working days of handcrafting (total ~13‑20 working days, depending on complexity).
Do I have to pay customs duties?
No. All customs duties for the US, Canada, UK, and EU countries are already included in the price. You won’t pay anything extra when your package arrives.
What is your warranty?
1‑year warranty for all handcrafted furniture. If there’s a quality issue (not man‑made damage) within one year, contact us — we’ll repair or replace parts for free.
How do I assemble the furniture?
Very easy. Every order comes with a simple manual and the tools you need. No professional skills required. We also provide a video guide.
Will it fit my Western / American home decor?
Absolutely. Our designs are made for modern European and American interiors — minimalist, mid‑century modern, farmhouse, or Japandi. The furniture looks like it was always there.
How do I clean the wood and cushions?
Wood frame: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not soak.
Cushion / pad: Unzip and machine wash on gentle (cold water). Tumble dry low or air dry.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All transactions are encrypted.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Ready‑to‑ship / non‑custom: Cancel within 72 hours for a full refund. After 72 hours, production has started and cancellation is not possible.
Custom orders: Deposit is non‑refundable once design/production begins.
Defective items: Covered under warranty — please contact us.
