Made to Order — What This Means for Shipping
Every ZenPaw piece is built after you order. We don't hold stock — your item is crafted specifically for you from solid FSC-certified beechwood, with each joint hand-cut after your purchase. This is why the quality is consistent, and why we need a little time before we can ship.
Processing Time
All ZenPaw orders require 14–20 business days of production time before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order enters production, and a shipping notification with tracking information when it leaves our studio.
Shipping Regions & Carriers
We ship to Europe and North America. Your order is automatically assigned to the most appropriate carrier based on your location and package dimensions:
• DHL
• UPS
• FedEx
• DPD (Europe)
Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping on all orders to Europe and North America.
• No hidden charges — the price shown at checkout is the final price.
Estimated Delivery Time
After production is complete, transit typically takes 7–12 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 3–5 weeks. Please plan accordingly, especially for gifting.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. If you don't receive this email within 22 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Packaging
Every ZenPaw piece ships fully assembled in protective packaging. If your order arrives damaged, photograph both the packaging and the damage before unpacking fully, and contact us at hello@zenpawnature.com within 48 hours of delivery.
